  • Every appointment begins with an assessment of your skin. Kát will customize your treatment based on your skin’s current condition, concerns, and goals, selecting the modalities and techniques best suited to you. If you’re not sure what to book, simply select the Jet Set Facial, and Kát will customize your treatment accordingly.

  • We recommend keeping your routine gentle in the days leading up to your appointment and avoiding anything that may leave the skin irritated or sensitized. If your treatment requires any specific preparation, instructions will be provided prior to your appointment.

  • Downtime varies depending on the treatment and modalities used. Many of Kát’s facials are designed to leave skin looking fresh, luminous, and event-ready, while more advanced treatments such as microneedling may involve some temporary redness or sensitivity. Kát will discuss what to expect based on your treatment.

  • Yes. Kát’s approach is highly personalized, and no two treatments are exactly alike. Your facial may incorporate a combination of techniques and modalities based on what your skin needs at the time of your appointment.

  • Please let us know about any recent injectable, laser, surgical, or other aesthetic treatments when booking. Depending on the procedure and timing, Kát may recommend allowing additional healing time before your facial.

  • Please provide at least 24 hours notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. Due to high demand, late cancellations, no-shows, or late arrivals may result in a fee.
